The registration fee includes:
- VAT
- Entrance to all sessions of the conference
- Refreshments and lunch
- A copy of the conference proceedings and conference materials
- Invitation to attend the conference social event which will be held on 20th October
Cancellations will not be refunded. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organisation.
The invoice for the registration fee will be sent to the email address entered in the registration form.
